STAUFF NRC clamps have been specially developed for the noise and vibration dampening installation of pipelines with common outer diameters between 6 and 42 mm or between ¼ and 1 ½ inch. 

The functional principle is based on a polypropylene (color: black) molded body conforming to the standard series according to DIN 3015 (part 1) with a specially shaped, two-piece elastomer insert, which mechanically dampens vibrations in the line and minimizes noise. 

This insert is characterized, in particular, by its small contact surfaces with respect to the pipeline as well as to the bell body, and thus acts much more effectively than previously known solutions. 

The inversible tongue-and-groove contour of insert and body allows the system to be used for the widest possible range of pipe diameters per clamp size, which is flexibility and versatility. 

STAUFF NRC clamps are compatible with the conventional steel and stainless steel mounting accessories according to DIN 3015 (part 1) and can be easily replaced or retrofitted if required.
